These are a few of the tools used in the Nonviolence Training Program. Please understand that the use of these tools will not replace the need to attend the program.

Healthy "Thinking Habits" that work well.
Use them as affirmations to memorize. If you do memorize and practice these ways of thinking, you will notice dramatic improvement in your level of calm, serenity, and peace.
