Whether you are a man or a woman, you owe it to yourself to learn the skills needed to have loving, kind, happy, healthy relationships. Learn how to change bad habits and put an end to your own abusive words and actions. Take a quiz to see, "Do I have an abuse problem?" If you answer yes to any question on the quiz, you may wonder, "How can this program help me?" If you're still not certain we can help, then perhaps you should visit our program. Come and observe one of our classes for free. There is no obligation and no pressure. After visiting one of our classes, if you wish to enroll simply stay for our new client orientation session.

CAT for Substance Abuse
This is information for clients sent to CAT treatment for substance abuse denial after having a substance abuse assessment with a court alcohol drug program. This section does not apply to anyone else.

Referral Source Information
Information that is useful for probation officers, marriage and family therapists, social workers, victim advocates, or anyone that is interested in referring individuals to our program.

How our program is different and better than other options
This section provides an overview of important things to consider in choosing appropriate, effective and accountable counseling services to help end abusive behavior. It includes an explanation of our philosophy, approach, strategy and how our program is a step up from typical anger management and anger control programs.

Cognitive Accountability Training (CAT) Model
Learn more about our unique counseling approach.  A simple, direct "Denial Intevention" model that teaches personal accountability and responsibility.  Clients love our program.  It is respectful, courteous, non-confrontational, yet effectively decreases resistance and denial.
